That's the question I asked myself while I was watching this video of her performance. Her outfit looked very Balmain-esque from the Spring '10 season. Even though I questioned myself I knew that outfit wasn't Balmain. However I still wanted to be accurate before doing a post. So I contacted Balmain for confirmation and here's the snippet of the email:

Jennifer Lopez’s stylist has repeatedly copied Balmain clothes for several of the artist’s past appearances.

The clothes in the attached picture are not Balmain and were not sent by us.

Well isn't that something? My conscious was right and I found out that with in Jennifer's camp there's a recurring offense for copying of Balmain style. Tsk tsk.
