Heading to the Whitney Eve Spring 2011 presentation I had to keep an open mind for the collection. I've seen more of the designer Whitney Port through her reality show, The City then her previous collections. So this was the time to actually fully engage to what Whitney Eve had to offer. It was a packed presentation but the collection held it’s own. There were three platforms that a group of model stood on, however each platform had its own color/theme story. Whitney said at the presentation that the collection was inspired by New York City with an edge, rightfully so coming from a woman born and raised in California. The collection was completely wearable and believable coming from this reality show star.
