 I post this video of Jenna Lyons, Creative Director at J. Crew at Lucky FABB Conference because I recently watched this again and got completely inspired. Jenna grew up as an awkward child to being one of the most respected woman in fashion is truly admirable. The video I believe was taken close to two years ago but regardless she gives timeless advice to the audience about the drive and determination you need to work in fashion.
