I've once said, "Sleeves are reclaiming their power" when I was reviewing the Fall 2012 NY Fashion Week collections. For Fall, designers still are giving us the staple blazers and coats but turning it up a notch with emphasis on the sleeves. Whether the sleeves were fur or iridescent, they were still a standout that was hard to miss.
