The Dooney & Bourke brand has been around for 75 years producing high end quality leather goods. This time around for their Spring '15 preview they are proceeding with new styles as well as their well known silhouettes, because if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Entering the preview, the potency of the colors was very overwhelming in a good way in which I wanted to grab everything. One of the classic bags, such as the Sophie Hobo bags was the ones that remained on the muted side. However, the newer styles such as the Claremont Woven collection, is an embossed leather that resembles a basket-weave construction. Dooney & Bourke decided to incorporate this new texture for Spring but still wanted the bags to stay within the aesthetic of the brand.
