Jaime Chung, actress and formerly on the MTV's The Challenge broke down five routine tips to keep her grounded.

- I love doing morning yoga. It really sets the tone for my day and helps keep me feeling balanced and centered as I go from movie sets to fashion shoots.
- Try to set a routine for when you do yoga. It was hard for me to wake up at first, but now I can’t imagine starting my day without it.
- Yoga tones my body, keeps me mindful, and I feel such a strong sense of gratitude from my yoga community. Find some friends to do your practice with!
- Breathing is a huge part of yoga, and there’s nothing worse than having bad morning breath! I use Colgate Total (SF) because it works over time to lessen morning breath by continuously reducing bacteria and plaque not only in my teeth, but my gums, cheeks and tongue.
